Master Plan Implementation Committee (MPIC)

The Master Plan Implementation Committee (MPIC) monitors progress towards the goals specified in the Town's 2017 Master Plan. The Plan is an advisory document intended to guide conservation, development, and infrastructure activities in the community over the next decade.

Using the matrices developed as part of the planning process, MPIC meets with various municipal departments, committees, and staff that have tasks assigned to them in the Plan. Collectively they try to identify both successful strategies and barriers to implementation.

The Committee meets several times a year. At the end of each calendar year the Committee submits a written report on the status of the Plan in the Annual Town Report.
