The Technical Review Staff meets each week to discuss land development proposals and provide advice to project proponents on the various regulations and requirements for projects. These Staff Meetings offer land owners and developers the opportunity to get questions regarding: Zoning, On-site Sewage Disposal, Public Water availability, Public Sewer availability, Street Access, Storm Water Management requirements, Building Code requirements, Fire Code requirements, Conservation requirements, and Public Safety concerns answered at one time while providing staff with insight into the concerns of other departments.
